Synopsis: Australia has in excess of 2 Million small businesses (employing less than 19 people) accounting for 97 per cent of all Australian businesses by employee size.
A large majority of small businesses are not utilising social media effectively and do not realise that by empowering staff with some basic social media principals that staff can become not only digital ambassadors for the business but also can become social media curators.
Empowering staff with a digital skill can lead to staff retention and help you grow your business or if unemployed can give you that point of difference in an interview.
